TNFSF12, also known as TWEAK, is a TNF-superfamily cytokine that binds TNFRSF12A/Fn14 and can regulate inflammatory signalling, cell survival and tissue remodelling. In rat, Tnfsf12 is predicted to function in receptor-ligand signalling and apoptotic pathways, with activity in the extracellular space and expression across multiple tissues.
