Institutional pricing is available only to eligible organisations approved by ABMIUM LTD. Eligibility may depend on organisation type, purchasing route, location, intended use, product category, order value and supplier availability.
Products supplied through this programme are intended for Research Use Only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Products are not supplied for clinical diagnostic, therapeutic, household, consumer or patient-use purposes.
Institutional pricing is not automatic and may vary by product, supplier, order size, project scope and availability. Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote. Where no period is stated, quotes should be treated as valid for 30 days.
Prices exclude shipping, VAT, import duties, customs charges, courier charges and handling fees unless these are clearly included on the quotation or invoice.
Application, species and sample compatibility should be checked before purchase. Where ABMIUM offers validation support, eligibility depends on supplier participation, product type, application, species and sample availability. Free validation is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Purchase order acceptance and credit terms may require supplier onboarding, account approval or credit review. ABMIUM may request prepayment for new customers, custom products, special orders or international orders.
Custom, temperature-controlled, special-order, validated, opened, expired or supplier-restricted products may not be cancellable or returnable. Any accepted return or credit is subject to ABMIUM approval and applicable supplier conditions.
Institutional pricing is offered for approved internal research and procurement use only. Products must not be resold, redistributed or listed for resale without written permission from ABMIUM LTD.
Institutional pricing, supplier routes, discounts and quotation details may be commercially sensitive. ABMIUM may amend, suspend or withdraw programme access where pricing is misused, eligibility changes, supplier conditions change or payment terms are not met.
