Shipping Policy

ABMIUM ships products worldwide through trusted international courier partners, including DHL and FedEx, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of orders. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms governing order processing, shipment methods, delivery estimates, customs obligations, and customer responsibilities relating to the shipment of products purchased from ABMIUM.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within one (1) to five (5) business days following successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, regulatory requirements, quality control procedures, or periods of increased demand. While ABMIUM strives to process all orders as efficiently as possible, processing times are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed dispatch dates.

Shipping Methods

ABMIUM primarily ships orders using internationally recognised courier services, including DHL and FedEx. The shipping carrier selected for a particular order will depend on factors such as the destination country, delivery efficiency, service availability, product requirements, and operational considerations. ABMIUM reserves the right to determine the most appropriate shipping method for each order to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Terms (Incoterms)

Depending on the destination and nature of the shipment, orders may be supplied under internationally recognised Incoterms.

For certain international shipments, products may be delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Under DAP, ABMIUM is responsible for arranging transportation of the goods to the specified delivery location; however, the customer remains responsible for any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs charges, clearance fees, local taxes, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.

In some regions, shipments may be supplied under CPT (Carriage Paid To) terms. Under CPT, ABMIUM pays the transportation costs required to deliver the goods to the agreed destination. However, responsibility for customs clearance, import procedures, duties, taxes, and any related charges remains with the customer unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Customers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the import requirements and customs regulations applicable in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier performance, and local conditions. As a general guide, deliveries within the United Kingdom typically arrive within three (3) to ten (10) business days after dispatch. Deliveries to destinations within Europe generally arrive within five (5) to fifteen (15) business days, while international shipments outside Europe typically require seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days.

These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, regulatory requirements, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond ABMIUM's reasonable control.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been dispatched, ABMIUM will provide shipment tracking information via email where available. Customers may use the tracking details supplied by the carrier to monitor the progress of their shipment and obtain the most up-to-date delivery information.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other governmental assessments imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside ABMIUM's control.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may result in shipment delays, additional charges, return of the shipment, or destruction of the goods by local authorities. ABMIUM shall not be responsible for any losses, costs, or delays arising from a customer's failure to comply with local import requirements.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at the time of purchase is complete, accurate, and up to date. ABMIUM will rely on the shipping details supplied by the customer when arranging delivery.

ABMIUM shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided during checkout. Where a shipment is returned due to an address error, additional shipping and handling charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While ABMIUM works closely with its courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If a shipment appears significantly delayed or is believed to be lost in transit, customers should contact ABMIUM at info@abmium.com as soon as possible.

ABMIUM will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations and shipment tracing procedures. However, delivery timelines and carrier investigations remain subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant shipping provider.
