Constructed from additive-free polypropylene film, optically clear and ideal for qPCR. Nest qPCR films feature an advanced adhesive technology where the adhesive is encapsulated in inert silicone droplets. Only when the film is firmly pressed do the silicone droplets pop and the films sticks. This also means the films are perfectly clear over the wells which makes them perfect for use with top reading qPCR machines. No heat sealer needed, simply press to apply.
