Dickkopf-related protein 1 (DKK1) is a secreted glycoprotein that inhibits canonical Wnt signalling, principally through interactions with LRP5/6 co-receptors. It has important roles in embryonic patterning and bone biology, where altered DKK1 activity can affect Wnt-dependent cell differentiation and tissue development.
Boster Bio Mouse DKK-1 ELISA Kit PicoKine® is a quantitative sandwich ELISA for measuring mouse Dkk1. Boster specifies a mouse DKK1 standard and matched capture and detection antibodies for the assay.
