Product description

CD200 (OX-2 membrane glycoprotein) is a type I cell-surface glycoprotein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. In mouse, CD200 is expressed across several tissues, including the nervous system, and contributes to immune regulation through interactions with CD200 receptors, including suppression of macrophage activation and neuroinflammatory responses.

Boster Bio Mouse CD200 ELISA Kit PicoKine® is a sandwich ELISA developed for quantitative measurement of mouse CD200. The manufacturer uses a mouse CD200 standard and CD200-specific antibody reagents in the assay.

CD200CD200 molecule

View target guide

CD200 molecule (CD200), also known as OX-2 membrane glycoprotein or OX-2, is a cell-surface immunoregulatory glycoprotein that engages CD200 receptors. ABMIUM catalogue products linked below support research on CD200 biology.

Biological function: CD200 molecule (CD200/OX-2 membrane glycoprotein) is a type I membrane glycoprotein that binds inhibitory CD200 receptor family members, particularly CD200R1. CD200-CD200R signalling helps restrain activation of myeloid-lineage immune cells and contributes to regulation of inflammatory and immune responses.
