Human RET ELISA Kit PicoKine® Boster Bio

Product Description

Human RET ELISA Kit PicoKine® is a research-use ELISA kit from Boster Bio for measuring Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Ret in Cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma (heparin). samples from Human. Use the listed assay range, sample guidance and protocol documents to assess suitability for the intended study.

Human RET ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Human RET in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma (heparin). Sensitivity: 15pg/ml. The brand Picokine indicates this is a premium quality ELISA kit. Each Picokine kit delivers precise quantification, high sensitivity, and excellent reproducibility. Only our most reliable and effective kits qualify as Picokine, guaranteeing top-tier results for your assays.

This gene encodes a transmembrane receptor and member of the tyrosine protein kinase family of proteins. It is mapped to 10q11.21. Binding of ligands such as GDNF (glial cell-line derived neurotrophic factor) and other related proteins to the encoded receptor stimulates receptor dimerization and activation of downstream signaling pathways that play a role in cell differentiation, growth, migration and survival. The encoded receptor is important in development of the nervous system, and the development of organs and tissues derived from the neural crest. This proto-oncogene can undergo oncogenic activation through both cytogenetic rearrangement and activating point mutations. Mutations in this gene are associated with Hirschsprung disease and central hypoventilation syndrome and have been identified in patients with renal agenesis.
