CD200, also known as OX-2, is a type I cell-surface glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed by multiple cell types, including lymphocytes, endothelial cells and neurons, and interacts with CD200R to provide inhibitory signals that help regulate myeloid-cell and broader immune responses.
