BRAF Break Apart FISH Probe Reagent
BRAF Break Apart FISH Probe Reagent from Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology Read more ›

Product Description
BRAF encodes a RAF family serine/threonine kinase in the MAPK pathway and is widely studied in cancer research because structural and sequence-level alterations can affect pathway signalling.
The break-apart design is used to investigate rearrangements involving BRAF, where separation of differently labelled probe signals can indicate disruption of the target locus in prepared research specimens.
FISH probes are applied to fixed cells or prepared tissue sections where genomic targets remain spatially preserved, making them useful for molecular cytogenetics research, tumour biology studies and verification of structural or numerical chromosomal changes.
This product is supplied as a 100µL/10 Tests RUO probe reagent from Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology. DAPI included It should be stored sealed, protected from light and handled using appropriate FISH sample preparation conditions.
