TPBG, also known as 5T4, is a leucine-rich transmembrane glycoprotein found at the cell surface. It is associated with cell adhesion and migratory signalling and is recognised as an oncofoetal antigen, with increased expression reported in many tumour types relative to most normal adult tissues.
Boster Bio M07442 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody against TPBG/5T4, clone EHE-20. It was generated using a synthetic peptide derived from human 5T4.
