This product is manufactured by immobilizing genetically engineered recombinant Helicobacter pylori antigen (test line) and rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody (control line) onto a nitrocellulose membrane separately, together with colloidal gold-labeled mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody and other reagents. Itadopts the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography for the qualitative detection of anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG antibodies inhuman serum. After the specimen is added, anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG antibodies contained in the specimen bind to the reconstituted colloidal gold-labeled anti-human IgG antibodies, and the conjugates migrate upward via chromatography. When reaching the test line coated with genetically engineered Helicobacter pylori antigen, a complex of colloidal gold-labeled anti-human IgG antibody-anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody-genetically engineered Helicobacter pylori antigen is formed at this position, producing a visible precipitate line of gold particles to the naked eye. The color intensity of the precipitate line is determined by the concentration of the complexes. If no anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG antibodies are present in the specimen, no gold particle precipitate will form, and no visible line will appear on the test line.
