Beta-Lactam antibiotics (Beta-Lactam) refers to a large class of antibiotics with a β-lactam ring in the chemical structure, including the most commonly used penicillin, amoxicillin, ampicillin and ceftiofur. β-lactam can be used in animal feed to promote growth and collective preventive treatment, but the excessive residues of this type of antibiotics in animal derived food will cause the human body to produce drug-resistant pathogens and cause serious harm to human health.
