Porcine Pseudorabies Virus gB Antibodies ELISA Kit

This ELISA kit adopts the blocking ELISA method. The ELISA Microtiter plate pre-coated with Pseudorabies Virus gB (PRV-gB) antigen. During the assay, add diluted test serum and incubate. Ifthe testsample contains specific antibodies against PRV-gB, the antibodies will bind to the coated antigen on the plate.After washing to remove unbound antibodies and other components, add enzyme-labeled PRV-gB antibodies. The antibodies in the sample block the binding between enzyme-labeled antibodies and the coated antigen. Following another washing step to eliminate unbound enzyme conjugates, add TMB chromogenic solution to the micro-wells. The blue color signal generated via enzymatic catalysis isinversely proportional to the antibody concentration in the sample. Add stop solution to terminate the reaction, then measure the optical density (OD) value of each well using a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450 nm.
