Le kit ELISA humain Bcl2L (protéine de type 2 de la LLC/lymphome à cellules B) est un kit ELISA de biotechnologie ELK destiné à la mesure de Bcl2L à des fins de recherche.
Le principe du test appliqué dans ce kit est l'immunodosage enzymatique en sandwich. La plaque de microtitration fournie dans ce kit a été pré-enduite d'un anticorps spécifique à la Bcl2L humaine. Des étalons ou des échantillons sont ajoutés aux puits appropriés de la plaque de microtitration, puis un anticorps conjugué à la biotine spécifique à la Bcl2L humaine est ajouté. Ensuite, de l'avidine conjuguée à la peroxydase de raifort (HRP) est ajoutée à chaque puits de la microplaque et incubée. Après l'ajout de la solution de substrat TMB, seuls les puits contenant de la Bcl2L humaine, un anticorps conjugué à la biotine et de l'avidine conjuguée à l'enzyme présenteront un changement de couleur. La réaction enzyme-substrat est arrêtée par l'ajout d'une solution d'acide sulfurique et le changement de couleur est mesuré par spectrophotométrie à une longueur d'onde de 450 nm ± 10 nm. La concentration de Bcl2L humaine dans les échantillons est ensuite déterminée en comparant la DO des échantillons à la courbe étalon.

BCL2 like 1 (BCL2L1) encodes Bcl-2-like protein 1, whose major splice isoforms include anti-apoptotic Bcl-xL and pro-apoptotic Bcl-xS. This BCL-2-family regulator is central to mitochondrial apoptosis and cell-survival research.
Biological function: BCL2L1 produces Bcl-2-like protein 1 isoforms with opposing effects on apoptosis. Bcl-xL inhibits cell death by limiting mitochondrial cytochrome-c release and caspase activation, whereas Bcl-xS promotes apoptosis. The reviewed human protein is also implicated in cell-cycle checkpoint regulation.
