IkB α Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die IkB α betreffen.
Hemmt die Aktivität von dimeren NF-kappa-B/REL-Komplexen, indem es REL-Dimere im Zytoplasma durch Maskierung ihrer nukleären Lokalisationssignale einfängt. Die IκBα-Phosphorylierung und die daraus resultierende Rel-abhängige Transkription werden durch eine sehr vielfältige Gruppe extrazellulärer Signale aktiviert, darunter entzündliche Zytokine, Wachstumsfaktoren und Chemokine.
