A formal record of ABMIUM verification
The ABMIUM Verified Certificate is issued by ABMIUM LTD to confirm that a product, batch, data set, or collaborator has passed the ABMIUM verification process.
- Issued by ABMIUM LTD following successful verification review
- Carries the ABMIUM Verified circle stamp as the authorised certificate mark
- References the specific product, batch, data set, or collaborator verified
- Issued with a unique reference number traceable to ABMIUM records
- Must not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent
ABMIUM Validated™
Ein formelles Protokoll der ABMIUM-Validierung
Das ABMIUM-Validierungszertifikat wird von ABMIUM LTD ausgestellt, um zu bestätigen, dass ein Produkt, eine Methode, ein Datensatz oder ein Partner die ABMIUM-Validierungsprüfung bestanden hat und über einen unabhängigen Nachweis verfügt.

- References the specific product, method, data set, or collaborator validated
- Issued with a unique reference number traceable to ABMIUM validation records

Rechtlich
Marken- und Urheberrechtsnutzung
- Use only where express written approval has been granted by ABMIUM LTD, or where an active collaboration agreement is in force.
- Trust marks may only be displayed in connection with the specific product or certificate for which approval was granted. Non-transferable.
- All assets must be reproduced exactly as supplied. Colours, proportions, wording, and spacing must remain unchanged.
- Embedded trust marks must include a working link to the ABMIUM Quality and Compliance page at all times.
- Use must cease immediately upon expiry or termination of any approval.
- Displaying any ABMIUM mark where no current written approval exists, regardless of intent.
- Using trust marks in connection with products not explicitly approved. Approval for one product does not extend to related products.
- Recolouring, rescaling, distorting, cropping, or otherwise modifying any ABMIUM brand asset.
- Applying marks to materials before receiving formal written approval. Pre-emptive use is a material breach.
- Sublicensing or granting any third party permission to use ABMIUM assets without separate written authorisation.
- Removing, obscuring, or altering any attribution, copyright notice, or trademark symbol.
ABMIUM™ and all associated logos, trust marks, and certification marks are trademark and copyright works of ABMIUM LTD.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or display of any ABMIUM brand asset constitutes trademark and/or copyright infringement. ABMIUM LTD reserves the right to take legal action, seek injunctive relief, and claim damages. All enforcement enquiries: legal@abmium.com.
