Der Human IL4R (Interleukin 4 Rezeptor) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von IL4R.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes IL4R ist. Standards oder Proben werden dann zusammen mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes IL4R ist, in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes IL4R, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem IL4R in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
