Das Humane CD39 (Cluster of differentiation CD 39) Mikrosample ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von CD39 in der Forschung.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für humanes CD39 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, anschließend ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes CD39 ist. Danach wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, in jede Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes CD39, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbveränderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration des humanen CD39 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
