Product description

DRM(Doramectin) ELISA Kit is supplied by Elabscience as an ELISA kit for quantitative analysis. Supplier-listed sample types: Pork, Chicken, Duck, Beef, Mutton, Pork liver, Chicken liver, Beef liver, Raw milk.

Doramectin is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic active ingredient used in veterinary medicine in livestock against external parasites (lice, mites, etc.) as well as against internal parasites (e.g. roundworms). It is not used against agricultural and household pests. It belongs to the chemical class of the macrocyclic lactones. This information is an indicator of the acceptance of an active ingredient by the most influential regulatory bodies for use on livestock. MRL's for animal tissues may be set also for agricultural pesticides that are not approved for use on animals but are used on commodities fed to animals. A MRL may be also set in the form of an IMPORT TOLERANCE for active ingredients not approved in a particular country but approved for imported animal commodities.

Detection method: Colorimetric method;ELISA;Competitive. Supplier-listed detection limit: 4 ppb; 8 ppb (matrix-dependent). Incubation time: 1 h 15 min. Format: Microtiter plate with 96 wells (12 strips with 8 wells each).

Available pack sizes: 96T / 96T*3 / 96T*5. Refer to the manufacturer instructions for sample preparation and assay conditions. Research use only.
