Tribo TM 2x Fast Taqman Porbe qPCR Master Mix with different ROX level and package size provides a convenient choice suitable for different qPCR instruments. It is a 2x concentrated premix containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg 2+ , ROX reference dye and PCR buffer components. The proprietary chemical modification of the enzyme makes PCR hot start activation much faster (less than 1 min), do not need 10 min activation in the standard real-time qPCR amplification, which confers a significant reduction in non-specific PCR amplification (please see the diagram in the data sheet).
