La Plexine-B3 est une protéine qui, chez l'homme, est codée par le gène PLXNB3. Ce gène est localisé sur Xq28. La protéine codée par ce gène est un membre de la famille des plexines. Elle fonctionne comme un récepteur pour la sémaphorine 5A et joue un rôle dans le guidage axonal, la croissance invasive et la migration cellulaire. Des variants de transcrits épissés alternativement et codant pour différentes isoformes ont été trouvés pour ce gène.
