La contactine 1, également connue sous le nom de CNTN1, est une protéine qui, chez l'homme, est codée par le gène CNTN1. Ce gène est localisé en 12q12. C'est une protéine membranaire neuronale ancrée au glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) qui fonctionne comme une molécule d'adhésion cellulaire. Elle pourrait jouer un rôle dans la formation des connexions axonales dans le système nerveux en développement.
