Le ligand 15 de chimiokine (motif C-C) (CCL15) est une petite cytokine appartenant à la famille des chimiokines CC, également connue sous les noms de leucotactine-1, MIP5 et HCC-2. Le CCL15 est exprimé dans le foie, l'intestin grêle, le côlon, ainsi que dans certains leucocytes et macrophages du poumon. Il est chimiotactique pour les neutrophiles, les monocytes et les lymphocytes et exerce ses effets en se liant aux récepteurs de chimiokines de surface cellulaire comme le CCR1 et le CCR3. Le gène humain CCL15 s'étend sur quatre exons et est situé en orientation tête-bête sur le chromosome 17 avec le gène d'une autre chimiokine CC connue sous le nom de CCL14.
