L'anticorps pAb de lapin DGAT2 est un anticorps ELK Biotechnology destiné aux flux de travail de recherche impliquant le DGAT2.
Ce gène code l'une des deux enzymes qui catalysent la réaction finale de la synthèse des triglycérides, dans laquelle le diacylglycérol est lié de manière covalente aux acyl-CoA à longue chaîne. La protéine codée catalyse cette réaction à de faibles concentrations de chlorure de magnésium, tandis que l'autre enzyme présente une activité élevée à de fortes concentrations de chlorure de magnésium.
