L'anticorps pAb de lapin anti-TERF2 est un anticorps d'ELK Biotechnology destiné aux flux de travail de recherche impliquant TRF2.
Ce gène code pour une protéine spécifique aux télomères, TERF2, qui est un composant du complexe nucléoprotéique des télomères. Cette protéine est présente au niveau des télomères en métaphase du cycle cellulaire, est un deuxième régulateur négatif de la longueur des télomères et joue un rôle clé dans l'activité protectrice des télomères. Bien qu'ayant une activité de liaison aux télomères et une organisation de domaine similaires, TERF2 diffère de TERF1 en ce que son extrémité N-terminale est basique plutôt qu'acide.
