RUN and FYVE domain containing 1 (RUFY1) Homo sapiens Ce gène code une protéine qui contient un domaine RUN et un domaine de doigt de zinc de type FYVE. La protéine codée se lie au phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate (PI3P) et joue un rôle dans le trafic, l'ancrage et la fusion des endosomes précoces par des interactions avec de petites GTPases, notamment Rab4, Rab5 et Rab14.
