L'anticorps polyclonal anti-GRB2 de lapin est un anticorps ELK Biotechnology destiné aux workflows de recherche impliquant GRB2.

Contexte

La protéine encodée par ce gène se lie au récepteur du facteur de croissance épidermique et contient un domaine SH2 et deux domaines SH3. Ses deux domaines SH3 dirigent la formation de complexes avec les régions riches en proline d'autres protéines, et son domaine SH2 se lie aux séquences phosphorylées sur tyrosine. Ce gène est similaire au gène Sem5 de C.elegans, qui est impliqué dans la voie de transduction du signal. Deux variants de transcription épissés alternativement et encodant différentes isoformes ont été trouvés pour ce gène. [fourni par RefSeq, juillet 2008].
