La carboxypeptidase M (CPM) Homo sapiens La protéine encodée par ce gène est une arginine/lysine carboxypeptidase liée à la membrane. Son expression est associée à la différenciation des monocytes en macrophages. Cette protéine encodée contient des régions hydrophobes aux extrémités amino et carboxy-terminales et possède 6 sites potentiels de glycosylation liés à l'asparagine. Les résidus du site actif des carboxypeptidases A et B sont conservés dans cette protéine.
