L'anticorps monoclonal de souris d'actine végétale est un anticorps de biotechnologie ELK destiné aux flux de travail de recherche impliquant l'actine végétale.
L'actine est une protéine hautement conservée et un composant essentiel du cytosquelette cellulaire. Elle joue un rôle important dans le flux cytoplasmique, la détermination de la forme cellulaire, la division cellulaire, le mouvement des organites et la croissance par extension. Elle est préférentiellement exprimée dans les tissus jeunes et en expansion, les primordiums des organes floraux, les graines en développement et les inflorescences émergentes. Les anticorps anti-actine végétale sont utiles comme contrôles de charge pour les Western blots.
