La cytokératine 17 (CK17) est une protéine qui, chez l'homme, est codée par le gène KRT17. On la trouve dans les lits unguéaux, les follicules pileux, les glandes sébacées et d'autres appendices épidermiques. Les mutations du gène codant pour cette protéine entraînent une pachyonychie congénitale de type Jackson-Lawler et un stéatocystome multiple.
