Le kit ELISA de la souris IL1R2 (récepteur de l'interleukine 1 de type II) est un kit ELISA de biotechnologie ELK pour la mesure en recherche de l'IL1R2.
Le principe du test appliqué dans ce kit est l'immunodosage enzymatique en sandwich. La plaque de microtitration fournie dans ce kit a été pré-enduite d'un anticorps spécifique de la souris IL1R2. Des étalons ou des échantillons sont ajoutés aux puits appropriés de la plaque de microtitration, puis avec un anticorps biotine-conjugué spécifique de la souris IL1R2. Ensuite, de l'avidine conjuguée à de la peroxydase de raifort (HRP) est ajoutée à chaque puits de la microplaque et incubée. Après l'ajout de la solution de substrat TMB, seuls les puits contenant de la souris IL1R2, un anticorps biotine-conjugué et de l'avidine conjuguée à une enzyme présenteront un changement de couleur. La réaction enzyme-substrat est terminée par l'ajout d'une solution d'acide sulfurique et le changement de couleur est mesuré spectrophotométriquement à une longueur d'onde de 450 nm ± 10 nm. La concentration de souris IL1R2 dans les échantillons est ensuite déterminée en comparant la DO des échantillons à la courbe étalon.
