L'anticorps pAb de lapin anti-α-actinine est un anticorps de la société ELK Biotechnology destiné aux flux de travail de recherche impliquant l'α-actinine.
L'α-actinine appartient à la famille des protéines cytosquelettiques de la spectrine. L'α-actinine est nécessaire à la fixation des filaments d'actine aux lignes Z dans les cellules musculaires squelettiques, et aux corps denses dans les cellules musculaires lisses. La protéine fonctionnelle est un dimère anti-parallèle, qui relie les filaments fins des sarcomères adjacents, et donc les contractions coordonnées entre les sarcomères dans l'axe horizontal.
