La protéine de type Crk est une protéine qui chez l'homme est codée par le gène CRKL. Ce gène code une protéine kinase contenant des domaines SH2 et SH3 (homologie src) qui s'est avérée activer les voies de signalisation de la kinase RAS et JUN et transformer les fibroblastes de manière dépendante de RAS. C'est un substrat de la tyrosine kinase BCR-ABL, joue un rôle dans la transformation des fibroblastes par BCR-ABL et peut être oncogène.
