La PTEN-induced kinase 1 (PINK1) est une sérine/thréonine-protéine kinase mitochondriale codée par le gène PINK1. Ce gène code pour une sérine/thréonine protéine kinase qui se localise dans les mitochondries. On pense qu'elle protège les cellules contre le dysfonctionnement mitochondrial induit par le stress. Les mutations de ce gène sont à l'origine d'une forme de maladie de Parkinson autosomique récessive à début précoce.
