Le facteur d'échange de nucléotides de guanine Rap 3, également connu sous le nom de facteur d'échange ly activé par l'AMPc 1 (EPAC1) ou facteur d'échange de nucléotides de guanine régulé par l'AMPc I (cAMP-GEFI), est une protéine qui, chez l'homme, est codée par le gène RAPGEF3. Comme son nom l'indique, les protéines EPAC (EPAC1 et EPAC2) sont une famille de capteurs intracellulaires pour l'AMPc, et fonctionnent comme des facteurs d'échange de nucléotides pour la sous-famille Rap des petites GTPases de type RAS.
