BCL10 encodes an immune-signalling adaptor that links CARD-domain proteins to downstream inflammatory signalling. This target record connects reviewed human BCL10 identifiers and aliases with ABMIUM catalogue products targeting BCL10.
Biological function: BCL10 has a key role in adaptive and innate immune signalling. It bridges CARD-domain-containing proteins, including CARD9, CARD11 and CARD14, to downstream pathways that activate NF-kappa-B and p38 MAP-kinase signalling, supporting expression of pro-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine genes.
