Le kit ELISA CLU (Clusterin) de porc est un kit ELISA d'ELK Biotechnology pour la mesure en recherche de CLU.
Le principe de test appliqué dans ce kit est l'immunoessai enzymatique en sandwich. La plaque de microtitration fournie dans ce kit a été pré-revêtue d'un anticorps spécifique à la CLU porcine. Des étalons ou des échantillons sont ajoutés dans les puits appropriés de la plaque de microtitration, puis un anticorps conjugué à la biotine spécifique à la CLU porcine est ajouté. Ensuite, de l'avidine conjuguée à la peroxydase de raifort (HRP) est ajoutée à chaque puits de microplaque et incubée. Après l'ajout de la solution de substrat TMB, seuls les puits contenant de la CLU porcine, un anticorps conjugué à la biotine et de l'avidine conjuguée à une enzyme présenteront un changement de couleur. La réaction enzyme-substrat est arrêtée par l'ajout d'une solution d'acide sulfurique et le changement de couleur est mesuré par spectrophotométrie à une longueur d'onde de 450 nm ± 10 nm. La concentration de CLU porcine dans les échantillons est ensuite déterminée en comparant la DO des échantillons à la courbe étalon.

Biological function: Clusterin functions as an extracellular chaperone that helps prevent aggregation of non-native and stress-damaged proteins.
