Human Chlamydia Trachomatis (CT) Antigen Lateral Flow Assay Kit

This kit applies the Sandwich-GICA (Gold Immunochromatography) method as its principle to qualitatively detect the Chlamydia Trachomatis (CT) antigen infemale cervical swabs and male urethral swabs. The detection zone of the nitrocellulose membrane was immobilized with rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibody, and the colloidal gold pad was conjugated with anti-Chlamydia Trachomatis lipopolysaccharide monoclonal antibody (mAb I). If there is a certain concentration of Chlamydia Trachomatis antigen in the sample, it will combine with the gold-labeled anti-Chlamydia Trachomatis lipopolysaccharide mAb I to form a complex. The complex will then move along the detection card and react with the rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibody on the membrane, forming a gold-labeled anti- Chlamydia Trachomatis lipopolysaccharide mAb I -Chlamydia Trachomatis antigen -rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibody complex, thus producing a visible gold precipitation line. The shade of the precipitation line depends on the concentration of the complex. The precipitation line will not appear if there is no Chlamydia Trachomatis antigen in the sample.
