Le kit EasyStep Human Lpa (lipoprotéine a) ELISA est un kit ELISA de biotechnologie ELK destiné à la mesure en recherche de la Lpa humaine EasyStep.
Le principe du test appliqué dans ce kit est l'immuno-essai enzymatique de type sandwich. La plaque de microtitration fournie dans ce kit a été pré-revêtue d'un anticorps spécifique à la Lpa humaine, et les puits de la plaque standard de Lpa humaine pré-revêtus en utilisant des techniques liées aux protéines sont fournis séparément. Le tampon de dilution standard/échantillon ou les échantillons sont ajoutés aux puits appropriés de la plaque de microtitration, puis un anticorps conjugué à la HRP spécifique à la Lpa humaine est ajouté. Après l'ajout de la solution de substrat TMB, seuls les puits contenant de la Lpa humaine et l'anticorps conjugué à la HRP présenteront un changement de couleur. La réaction enzyme-substrat est arrêtée par l'ajout d'une solution d'acide sulfurique et le changement de couleur est mesuré par spectrophotométrie à une longueur d'onde de 450 nm ± 10 nm. La concentration de Lpa humaine dans les échantillons est ensuite déterminée en comparant la DO des échantillons à la courbe standard.
