Le kit ELISA EasyStep Human NT-ProBNP (peptide natriurétique cérébral N-terminal) est un kit ELISA d'ELK Biotechnology pour la mesure en recherche du NT-ProBNP humain EasyStep.
Le principe du test appliqué dans ce kit est un dosage immunoenzymatique de type sandwich. La plaque de microtitration fournie dans ce kit a été pré-revêtue d'un anticorps spécifique au NT-ProBNP humain, et les puits de plaque standard de NT-ProBNP humain pré-revêtus à l'aide de techniques liées aux protéines sont fournis séparément. Le tampon de dilution standard/échantillon ou les échantillons sont ajoutés aux puits de la plaque de microtitration appropriés, puis un anticorps conjugué à la HRP spécifique au NT-ProBNP humain est ajouté. Après l'ajout de la solution de substrat TMB, seuls les puits contenant du NT-ProBNP humain et un anticorps conjugué à la HRP présenteront un changement de couleur. La réaction enzyme-substrat est terminée par l'ajout d'une solution d'acide sulfurique et le changement de couleur est mesuré par spectrophotométrie à une longueur d'onde de 450 nm ± 10 nm. La concentration de NT-ProBNP humain dans les échantillons est ensuite déterminée en comparant la DO des échantillons à la courbe standard.
