Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a secreted cytokine that signals through a receptor complex containing TSLPR and IL-7Rα. It acts particularly on myeloid and dendritic cells and can promote type 2 immune responses associated with allergic and inflammatory biology.
