TP53BP1 (53BP1) is a nuclear DNA-damage response protein that accumulates at DNA double-strand breaks. It promotes non-homologous end joining, helps regulate pathway choice between end joining and homologous recombination, and also contributes to telomere biology and immunoglobulin class-switch recombination.
Boster Bio Anti-53BP1/TP53BP1 Antibody Picoband® A00397 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against human TP53BP1. The description retains only verified target biology and product identity, with applications, reactivity, dilution and other specification data left to ABMIUM’s structured metafields.
Fully tested in-house by ABMIUM, or supported by an advanced validation report from a partner reviewed by ABMIUM. Highest confidence. Non-conformities fully supported under the ABMIUM Product Promise.
Quality verified. Independent collaborator or expected-performance data available. Product meets ABMIUM quality standards.
