Product description

Das Maus PDCD1(Programmed Cell Death Protein 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsuntersuchung von PDCD1.

Testprinzip

Research target context

PDCD1programmed cell death 1

View target guide

PDCD1 identifies programmed cell death 1 in Homo sapiens (Human). This target record connects NCBI Gene 5133, UniProtKB Q15116 and related ABMIUM catalogue products.

Biological function: PDCD1 encodes programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1/CD279), an inhibitory immune receptor expressed on antigen-activated lymphocytes. Engagement by PD-L1/CD274 or PD-L2/PDCD1LG2 attenuates activation signalling and contributes to peripheral immune tolerance, making the pathway a major regulator of T-cell responses.
