ICAM1 identifies intercellular adhesion molecule 1 in Homo sapiens (Human). This target record connects NCBI Gene 3383, UniProtKB P05362 and related ABMIUM catalogue products.
Biological function: ICAM1 is a cell-adhesion molecule that supports leukocyte cell-cell adhesion and trans-endothelial migration. It serves as a ligand for leukocyte integrin receptors including LFA-1 and MAC-1, helping coordinate immune-cell adhesion and trafficking.
