ZBTB35 is a transcription factor that plays a key role in immune cell development, particularly in T-cell maturation and early B-cell differentiation. It also contributes to embryonic development and organogenesis, and is involved in maintaining normal function of the adult central nervous system. ZBTB35 may be involved in transcriptional regulation as a repressor of ESR1/ER-alpha signalling.
