Microtubule inner protein (MIP) part of the dynein-decorated doublet microtubules (DMTs) in cilia and flagellar axoneme. TEKT3 forms filamentous polymers in the walls of ciliary and flagellar microtubules. TEKT3 is required for normal sperm mobility.
