Ektode-Nukleosidtriphosphat-Diphosphohydrolase-1 (Gen: ENTPD1; Protein: NTPDase1), auch bekannt als CD39 (Cluster of Differentiation 39), ist ein typisches zelloberflächenlokalisiertes Enzym mit einer extrazellulär gerichteten katalytischen Stelle. Dieses Gen ist auf 19 C3; 19 34.25 cM kartiert. NTPDase1 ist eine Ektode-Nukleotidase, die die Hydrolyse von γ- und β-Phosphatresten von Triphosphat- und Diphosphonukleosiden zu dem Monophosphonukleosid-Derivat katalysiert. Zum Beispiel hydrolysiert NTPDase1 P2-Rezeptorliganden, nämlich ATP, ADP, UTP und UDP mit ähnlicher Wirksamkeit. NTPDase1 kann daher die P2-Rezeptoraktivierung und -funktionen beeinflussen.
