Chemokin (C-C-Motiv) Ligand 25 (CCL25) ist ein kleines Zytokin aus der CC-Chemokin-Familie, das auch als TECK (Thymus-Expressed Chemokine) bekannt ist. Das Maus-Teck-Gen wurde auf Chromosom 8 kartiert, das menschliche Teck-Gen auf 19p13.2. Es wird angenommen, dass CCL25 eine Rolle bei der Entwicklung von T-Zellen spielt. Es ist chemotaktisch für Thymozyten, Makrophagen und dendritische Zellen. CCL25 entfaltet seine Wirkung, indem es an den Chemokinrezeptor CCR9 bindet.
