sVEGFR1, auch bekannt als sFMS-verwandte Tyrosinkinase 1 (sFLT1). Das Onkogen sFLT gehört zur src-Genfamilie und ist mit dem Onkogen ROS verwandt. Wie andere Mitglieder dieser Familie zeigt es Tyrosinproteinkinase-Aktivität, die für die Kontrolle der Zellproliferation und -differenzierung wichtig ist. sFLT ist auf 13q12 kartiert. Die sVEGF-Rezeptor-1-Signalgebung ist essentiell für die Osteoklastenentwicklung und Knochenmarkbildung bei koloniestimulierendem Faktor-1-defizienten Mäusen. Das in diesem Kit verwendete Standardprodukt ist rekombinantes humanes sVEGFR1, bestehend aus 905 Aminosäuren mit einer Molekularmasse von 100 KDa.
