Kollagen, Typ I, alpha 1, auch bekannt als COL1A1, ist ein menschliches Gen, das die Hauptkomponente von Typ-I-Kollagen kodiert, dem fibrillären Kollagen, das in den meisten Bindegeweben, einschließlich Knorpel, vorkommt.
